My Manifesto

I believe in having faith that everything will turn out for the good. There are no wrong choices only different learning opportunities.  Earth is a school and daily life is our classroom. Our daily challenges bring learning, growth, and perspective.  There is no way to fail as long as we continue to learn.

I believe that everyone has a unique set of gifts and talents to offer the world and that it is essential that we offer these gifts for ourselves and for the planet.  We must each rediscover the calling we are here to explore, the strengths we possess and the deeper mission we are here to fulfill.

I believe that each of us is supported by divine guidance, we need only open up to receive it. With unconditional love and patience, helping spirits guide us step-by-step to improve our relationships, our work in the world, and our quality of life.

I believe that the only way we will change the world is through kindness, beginning with ourselves.  We must love and accept ourselves first in order to give that to others.

I believe we must live every moment in alignment with our truth and integrity. When we don't we feel lost and burdened.

I believe that our suffering is caused by our thoughts and not by our life circumstances.

I believe that there are many paths to joy but that living a life on purpose is essential to feeling happy and fulfilled.

I believe that the mind is a wonderful thing when used in moderation and that we must first listen to our inner wisdom and higher self for the answers to all of our questions.

I believe in the healing power of nature and that we must connect with nature everyday for our sanity and our health.  This can be as simple as watching the sunrise or sunset, feeling the breeze on your face, smelling a flower, or watching a bird.  Nothing is more healing than allowing the mind to quiet and breathing deeply while spending time in nature.

I believe in the power we each have to manifest whatever reality that we choose.

I believe in honest, genuine, heart-to-heart communication.

I believe that change is inevitable in life and each shift is an opportunity to recreate ourselves. When we lose an identity because of a move or a change in work or the loss of a relationship, these are the times when we can redefine who we want to be.

I believe that when we hear about something three times, it is the universe trying to tell us something.

I believe that the most meaningful journey of all is reconnecting with our true self and the oneness of all of life.

I believe in celebrating you as the hero of your own story and I am committed to helping you see your blocks and believe in your dreams so that your passion is renewed and you can focus on the path ahead.
